Bolts / Plugs for Replica Springers. If you have a "Replica" tapered leg springer front end from V-twin, W&W, J&P, etc. (Panhead, flathead, or knucklehead) then the tops of the tubes are probably threaded already to some useless size. If you are tired of staring at those gaping holes, worried about getting water and other garbage down in the fork tubes, then here you go.......... The only other option for buying of which I'm aware is the plugs from W&W which sell for $104, plus International shipping. Fiber sealing washers included.
  • Raw Steel, machine or brushed finish $25 shipped (Continental US)
  • Will be available in powder coat and chrome in the future.

Riser adapters for Replica Springers. If you have a "Replica" tapered leg springer front end from V-twin, W&W, J&P, etc. (Panhead, flathead, or knucklehead) then the tops of the tubes are probably threaded already to some useless size. So why not make use of them? These adapters are externally threaded to match the springer legs and have 1/2"-13 internal threads to accept bolts that fit your standard aftermarket handlebar risers. Large stainless steel washers are TIG welded on top, preventing adapter from threading in too far. I can make these in a couple variations if you have something else in mind (like maybe a topless slug so you can plug weld it into your springer), email me. $30+6 shipping in the conti US.

$3 shipped (per pair). The cure  49-77 Panhead and Shovelhead Glide forks that leak from the damper stud. These are installed on the Stainless steel, with soft rubber compound that compresses around the damper stud threads, as well as against the fork slider. The best part is that you don't even need to drain or disassemble your forks to install these.
